For a monthly fee, depending on your plan, you can download either 1, 2 or as many designs as you need, customise them, and use them for planning applications or a starting point for Stage 4. The service is flexible, allowing you to cancel anytime without long-term commitment. You will receive drawings within a couple of hours if no changes are made, and if you do request changes, you will receive the updated drawings in 24-72 hours.

With the Silver plan, you can request new designs for existing house types in our catalogue. Gold tier members can go a step further and request entirely new house types, new design types or bespoke design modifications, offering greater flexibility for specialised projects.
